Terms and Conditions – Mulligan’s Golf Experience

Welcome to Mulligan’s Golf Experience (“Mulligan’s”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By visiting our venue or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Use

Mulligan’s Golf Experience is a premium indoor golf and social venue located at 3780 boulevard sources in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec. Access to our facilities and participation in activities are subject to availability, booking confirmation, and compliance with all venue rules and safety policies.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any individual who fails to comply with these Terms or behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner.

2. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are encouraged to be made online, however in certain circumstances, can be by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise indicated. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 6 hours or more before the scheduled time will not incur charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the reservation or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
  • Group or event bookings may have separate cancellation policies communicated at the time of booking.

3. Gift Cards and Promotions

Mulligan’s gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost information cannot be replaced. Promotional offers and discounts are valid only during specified dates and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

4. Facility Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

  • No outside food or beverages are permitted.
  • Alcohol is restricted to guests of legal drinking age (18+ in Quebec) and valid ID may be required.
  • No running, swinging clubs outside designated areas, or disruptive behavior.
  • Only one active player per bay at a time unless instructed otherwise by a golf teacher or employee
  • White, clean, unmarked golf balls only. No sharpie or permanent marker.
  • Flat, non-marking shoes are required on putting and simulator surfaces.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of equipment.

5. Equipment Use & Damage Liability 

All guests are fully responsible for the proper use of Mulligan’s equipment and facilities, including but not limited to:

  • Golf simulators
  • Impact screens
  • Projectors and projector enclosures
  • Launch monitors and sensors
  • Golf clubs and balls
  • Flooring, turf, and putting surfaces
  • Furniture, walls, and fixtures

Prohibited Actions (Non-Exhaustive)

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and financial liability:

  • Use of damaged, dirty, or non-approved golf balls
  • Use of golf balls marked with Sharpie or any ink/paint that can transfer onto screens
  • Intentionally or negligently hitting balls outside designated impact areas
  • Reckless swinging or practice swings outside hitting zones
  • Tampering with simulator settings, hardware, or projectors
  • Throwing balls, clubs, or other objects
  • Bringing unauthorized equipment into bays

Damage Charges

Guests agree that:

  • Any damage, marking, staining, or excessive wear caused to screens, projectors, turf, or any equipment will result in full repair or replacement charges
  • Screen markings, including those caused by Sharpie-marked balls or debris, may require partial or full screen replacement, billed to the responsible party
  • Projector or enclosure damage, including cracks or impact damage, will be charged at full repair/replacement cost
  • Deep turf damage, tears, or misuse-related wear will be billed accordingly

Charges may include:

  • Repair and replacement costs
  • Labor and service fees
  • Equipment downtime or loss-of-use fees

The credit card on file may be charged without additional authorization for verified damages.

6. Inspection & Reporting

Guests must:

  • Inspect their bay and equipment upon arrival
  • Report any pre-existing damage immediately

Failure to report issues before use may result in the guest being held responsible.

7. Security & Evidence

Security cameras are installed in common areas throughout the venue, including golf bays, for safety, monitoring, and loss prevention.

By entering the premises, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Video footage may be used to verify incidents, damages, or policy violations
  • Determinations of responsibility will be based on staff assessment and recorded evidence

8. Health and Safety

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Mulligan’s is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from reckless play or failure to follow staff instructions. Please notify staff immediately of any spills, damages, or safety concerns. Guests who appear intoxicated or unfit to play may be refused participation for their safety and that of others, without refund.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Our collection and use of data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Quebec’s Law 25 and other applicable privacy legislation. We may collect basic information such as your name, contact details, and payment data for reservations and service improvement.  Non-essential cookies and tracking tools are only used with your explicit consent and may be disabled at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and trademarks, is the property of Mulligan’s Golf Experience and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this material without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mulligan’s Golf Experience is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the relevant service.

12. Event Bookings and Private Rentals

Event and group bookings may require a deposit and signed agreement. Final headcount and payment terms will be confirmed prior to the event date.
Any damages, excessive cleaning, or loss of property may result in additional charges.

13. Code of Conduct

Mulligan’s is built on inclusivity, respect, and good sportsmanship. We expect all guests to:

  • Treat staff and other guests with respect.
  • Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Follow all posted signage and staff instructions.

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our operations, policies, or legal requirements.

Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Enforcement & Charge Authorization

By making a booking or entering the venue, you:

  • Accept full responsibility for your group and guests
  • Authorize Mulligan’s to charge your card for damages, violations, or unpaid balances
  • Agree that refusal to pay may result in further action, including collections
